Following two EPs and the debut album from the Techmarine Bottom Feeders (‘Boanerges and the Watery Deep’) Paris the Black FU and Luxus Varta close this chapter on their conceptual studio project with ‘The Oceanic Depths of Jupiter’. The EP features three brand new tracks plus remixes from esteemed Detroit artists, Aux 88 and Ectomorph.

Opening with title track ‘The Oceanic Depths of Jupiter’ the duo dive straight into the dark and atmospheric melodies of sub-aquatic electro before Aux 88 bring their Motor City funk to ‘Sons of Thunder’. ‘Squid Ink Posse’ hacks in some rough sawn bass for a murkier, skuzzed-up ride whilst Ectomorph gets his experimental electro mitts on ‘Sons of Thunder’, stripping it back to the bare bones and ‘Tactical Sub-Mission (Outro)’ closes out the show with experimental sonics that still retain that all important melodic stitching.
