NYC based Mike Ivy is no stranger to the Toolroom Trax sound – His releases are always high in energy and the level of production is always solid!

This May, we welcome him back to the Toolroom Trax family alongside our Academy graduate CHESSER on ‘The Vibe’. Mike Ivy marked his debut on the label back in January 2018 with ‘Get Up’ – Mark Knight played it in EVERY set of his and since then, he’s worked on collaborations on Trax with studio buddies Luv Junkie and DJ Gomi on ‘Together’ as well as releasing on labels such as Flashmob LTD & Kukushka.

Also based in New York City and fresh from working with Redux Saints on the THICC BEATS EP, we welcome back Academy graduate CHESSER to the label. Having always admired Mike Ivy’s sound and productions, what started life as a single production from CHESSER then developed into this collaboration! And the results? It’s everything you’d want from these two producers. Packed with energy and swirling vocals - t’s found the perfect home on Trax!
