Released in late April, 'Rude Boy' marks Menary's first EP on our Roush Label. Although he has released a couple of great songs on some of our acclaimed Various Artists, The Canarian producer shows off his multiple production skills and influences within this new two-track EP which earned support from label boss Hector Couto. Just one month after releasing a great work on our growing BumpCut Label, we can say without hesitate that Menary is in a good shape as he shows on ‘Rude Boy’. Opener tittle cut, sets the dancefloor mood with a catchy tech-house beat that plays raw until the rich chords make an stunning appearance. Next up, ‘Ruffneck Tunes’ plays a real homage to hip-house infused beats, not only with the clear mention we find just looking to the tittle. There’s also a broken rythm provided by an old-school sample that plays alongside the track that makes you lose the control of your feet.
