THE SOULDIER is Paolo Sessa's first record work.

"Soul Soldier" tells an approach to music consistent with the code
of the warrior: discipline and loyalty, courage and boldness.
Pianist, keyboard player, programmer, arranger, producer: figure
multifaceted of the Neapolitan landscape, Sessa carves out her detail
vision in balance between contemporary jazz and nusoul, with forts
funk and fusion influences.
Acoustic and digital instruments communicate in harmony, creating a sound
homogeneous and recognizable, which becomes an interesting stylistic code.
The bond with the homeland remains strong: if on the one hand it marries with
refined ballads with a gospel aftertaste, Paolo's overseas sound
Sessa also manages to fit in as a perfect rug in tradition
Neapolitan hip-hop. But it is in the instrumental pieces that it finds maximum
expression and freedom: the construction of themes and solos brings together
light a deep technical research, an undoubted skill never ending in itself
itself, a highly communicative talent.
Paolo Sessa is supported by a solid rhythmic section, formed by Paolo
Forlini on drums and Fabrizio Buongiorno on bass, co-producers of the album.

The Souldier boasts numerous features: the wonderful voices of Wendy Lewis (american singer Jestofunk, Mario Biondi, Nek, Irene Grandi), Wondress (american vocalist of Mantronix) and Leslie Sackey (Soul System group winner of X-Factor 10, the refined saxophone of Sandro Deidda and Pako Baldassarre, the flute of Enzo Anastasio, the trumpet of Arturo Caccavale, the
Corrado Paonessa's guitar fair and the engaging verses of Speaker Cenzou
and Shaone of "La Famiglia" Neapolitan hip hop group.

Pianista, tastierista, programmatore, arrangiatore, produttore: figura

e Shaone de “La Famiglia” gruppo hip hop napoletano.
