Funky Farm returns after a 6-year hiatus with this 3 track sampler EP. Just in time to rock dance floors in Miami for WMC 2020. We kick things off with "Cleva" a deep and smooth groove with jazzy undertones and a touch of soul. It's a collaboration between label boss Nick Garcia and the very talented and always hard-at-work Dominic Flippin aka Stranger Danger who graces the label for the first time. The EP then goes into a more energetic tone with dance floor thumper "Forever" by producer/DJ duo Rare Static (Oscar Miranda & Nick Garcia). Returning with their 2nd release on the label and sticking to their signature hip-hop infused, bouncy, West Coast sound. Rounding out the release is the Funky Farm debut of the always fun, and charismatic personality of the L.A.-born and raised Mikey V. Titled "Higher", it's a collaboration between him and production duo Just Talkin' (Nick Garcia & Ruby Valeros). Mikey lends his voice as well as his studio expertise on this tech-house influenced, dark, dirty, and deep-as-the-ocean-floor cut.
