Last Valentine's day we once again paid tribute to all the lonely hearted folks out there with our Lonely Hearts Club Compilation Vol. 2, celebrating the hard work and lonely nights it takes do what we do. Our third installment features producers who are pushing the sound of house music into new territory, and into some familiar and well-trod territory in fun and exciting ways.
We'd like to present Lonely Hearts 3. The compilation this time around opens with Italian powerhouse duo Y-DAPT with one of the most oddly satisfying tracks we've ever gotten in our inbox. It's a groover and a melter at the same time, with just the right amount of cowbell. Other new names to A1 are just as exciting, both long-time friends of the label and others who just happened to send us incredible demos out of the blue. We welcome Just Lucas, NOTNOT, Moto Tembo, Ferra Black, and Warren Blake to the label for their first releases and we once again are happy to have both Jesse Bravo and Mike Kerrigan releasing with us. Mike's first release was on Lonely Hearts Vol 1, and we're stoked to see the progress he's made since. Finally, n808 comes in hot to round off the compilation with a funky track that's just the right amount of weird to work.
