Mr.Diamond is a Latin American producer who lives in Miami
Taking influences and experiences across all music genres he could listen to twinned with early memories from his dad playing synth pop, psychodelic and latin rock, Mr.Diamond has found his niche with minimal tech house.
Already with releases on Roush, King Street and many others, he is now gonna to make his solo debut release on the new but already respected Modula Records, where upcoming stars like Rossi. Mehlor saw their debut release, Modula Records are happy to welcome Mr.Diamond to the Modula Family on their new digital FLAVOURS Series, a place where they are seeking new and fresh sounds, to push the boundaries of the scene.
The EP, titled 'KATANA' is in honor of the main track of the EP.
A solid, smooth and deep track, with melting and lushious pads combined with powerful and rythmic drums.
The second track is titled 'Fasting Voices', A explosive and agrressive minimal tech-house track, that combines his signature bass, with some satured and punchy drums that will stick forever on your mind.
And lastly on the EP we have 'Peculiar Things', an interpretation of the trendy sound of the minimal groove scene that's predominating right now, with his signature dreamy chords, a groovy bass and some remarkable nature sounds on the background.
His debut solo EP, surely will be a gate opener for him with already support from the likes of Chris Stussy, Koko, Yaya & Jesse Maas tonnage a few, Mr.Diamond is certainly here to make his mark on the scene.
