After two successful vinyl releases, Friendship & Decadence is back with a four-tracker by Poly Sone, one of the founders of the label. Exit Flesh EP is his sophomore release on wax after Echolocate EP on Dept. a couple of years ago and consists of very effective tools from start to finish.

The release begins with its beatless title track which sets the scene with gritty synths and spacy arpeggios reminiscent of sci-fi movie soundtracks from the 80’s.

Next up is Array, heaviest tune of the bunch with rather threatening mood, avoiding the ordinary four-to-the-floor peak time formula while still sounding very commanding.

The b-side kicks in with Cathode-ray. Be prepared for some proper hazy morning vibes and influences from early trance/acid without getting too cheesy.

The last track is called Sewer God, an introspective trip with a bouncy, dubby bassline, intense synths and serious dancefloor potential.
