March 2019 - TECHNOIR release the new EP, titled “AlieNation”, out for Cane Nero Dischi - that comes after their 2017 debut album NeMui, out for the same label.
This EP sees the band incorporating some dark and Trip-hop elements in their sound, while maintaining their nu-soul / future beats roots.
“AlieNation”, as the title suggests, talks about alienation, loss, life in giant cities like London, Paris, Milan and the dehumanization we are experiencing at this point in our history.
This new EP contains four tracks entirely written by TECHNOIR and produced by Alexandros (a.k.a. Sound Activist).
The third track “More than you can see” features original Jamiroquai bassist (and Amy Winehouse, Lauryn Hill collaborator) Stuart Zender and co-production by Cristiano Crisci a.k.a. Clap!Clap!.
The release will include also the official “More the you can see” videoclip directed in London by videomaker Erika Errante.
