Tech House duo Ren Phillips and YINGYANG (UK) are back on Roush with ‘Paradox’, an outstanding 2-side EP. The duo has a short but intense career in common with some well produced heaters over the past months via Resonance Records, Cr2 or Criminal Hype. They also have some bangers in our label like ‘Cult Fiction’, their previous EP. Now the duo cooked a magical travel named ‘Trippy’ and ‘Paradox’. Two heavyweight compositions where the chunky beats and the catchy basslines are the main ingredients. This is the demanded and actual tech-house sound that the duo is spreading. Regarding to the EP, the ‘trippy’ synth that appears on the same named track, works very well with the techy beats. As a second track, ‘Paradox’ continues with the intense beats, this time seasoned with fat chords and unexpected drum rolls.
