After releasing their second Ep ‘Shaping Perspectives’ the italian duo returns with this personal interpretation of the 'Love theme from Spartacus’ from the 1960 movie directed by Stanley Kubrick, about the slave and gladiator named Spartacus and his rebellion against Romans.
The song takes a modern sounding direction where Yihequan blends jazz, electronic and breakbeat.
Yihequan are an Italian music duo born in 2016 devoted to music, especially Funk, Jazz and Hip Hop. The band released 2 singles in 2017 and their first Ep Sciamano on September 29th. Sciamano was shared on "Provocative Educative!" and "Mindful Music" youtube channels and on Rinse France Radio as well. The song Sciamano was selected between the best beats of September 2017 by Austrian magazine The Message. 2
018 starts with the release of their new single Shivers on February 6th and with the recordings of their second Ep Shaping Perspectives , released on November 21st via Irma Records and followed by concerts and the recording of Chill Mill Live Room live session.
In October 2019 they release ‘Love theme from Spartacus’ with Irma Records.

‘Spartacus’ e della sua ribellione contro i Romani. Il singolo prende una direzione di sonorità moderne in cui il duo mischia
