Jose M. & TacoMan are the new faces joining Roush Label with ‘Feel Alright’. Medellin based, Colombian duo joined forces and knowledge back in 2010 when they recorded ‘Cause and Effect’. This was the first step of a long road together and it was released on their own ‘Attary Records’. After this first album great productions came out in renowned labels such as Bla Bla, Nervous or Get Physical. Within the wide range of DJs that are playing Jose M. & TacoMan productions the duo highlights the support that are having their tracks via Richie Hawtin, Matthias Tanzmann and Joris Voorn. Opener, lead cut ‘Feel Alright’ is a great collab between Jose M. & TacoMan and Raized, another Medellin based minimal-tech producer. They built a peak-time techy track with an acid lead bassline and a diva vocal that offers a great refreshment when it sounds. Next up, ‘Shake It’ gathers again the duo with Cool Jei, another Colombian talent. They teamed several times to deliver some gems in labels like Deeperfect. Now, repeating the formula seeing in their collabs, they offer some summer terrace vibes with a great combo of synthetic and metallic percussions. Distorted voice repeating the hook of the track adds an interesting arrangement to ‘Shake It’ which closes brilliantly this EP. ‘Feel Alright’ will be available on main platforms from August 26th.
