The one and only Lula graces A Eye Records with her new single, 4EVA! Written and produced by A Eye's label boss, Eric Tenalio, 4EVA is an intimate journey inward, inspired by personal loss, invaluable relationships, and the struggle to find immortality through art. This monster release -- third in the trilogy along with 4U and 2ME -- has been split into 2 special releases, together featuring the original version and edit written and produced by Eric, in collaboration with Lula, as well as 6 special remixes, by revered artists such as Rui Da Silva, UpAllNight (John Creamer and Noam Rubinstein), and more.

When asked about the special inspiration behind the release, Tenalio says, 'This project is about the feeling of being far away from someone you love; when all you have is a photo. The project is about immortality, our connection to Eva (a widely celebrated photographer known by both Eric and Lula personally). Eva's art has a profound impact on people-- giving people a glimpse of themselves without looking in a mirror and seeing gravity's toll. That is what we attempted to capture. I wanted to convey this both physically and via sound. This is a musical photograph.'

Up first on the second part of this special split release is Eric's Original Mix, which makes full use of Lula's amazing poetically spoken-word vocals, which are laid atop a driving progressive groove. Aurelio Mendoza bangs a hard NYC-style techno mix, while. Subject English also gives us a banging techno remix as well as The Path.
