Constant Black continues to thrive as a label in its own right, complementing the reduced house grooves of Constant Sound perfectly. Rigzz & Saenz follow up the most recent quality turn from Michael James with more of that delicately balanced dancefloor weaponry - nailing the groove in style but using the bare minimum of ingredients. 'Janes Drum' does feature a female vocal twirling in the mix, but it's processed and submerged into the minimalist context, leaving the hats and snares to take the lead. 'LM023' stands out with its dubby chord stab, but really all four tracks on this EP are worthy of attention.
