Late Night Music greets Christopher Brooks and Anthony Huttley for our sixth release - two progressive deep tech producers from Australia. Wabi-sabi refers to the Japanese philosophy of 'acceptance of transience and imperfection', exemplifying the careful, mediative flavour of these five tracks.

With three original tunes, including two remixes of the title track by fellow Melbourne producers B-tham and Liam Sieker, this release is a must for deep and minimal house collectors.

The title track Wabi-sabi shimmers with the gentle glisten of bright synths and filtered vocal echoes, accompanied by an infectious deep groove. Liam Sieker brings out a deeper, dubby prog vibe to his remix, while B-tham adds a deep house touch with a driving rhythm, and reverberated chord stabs.

Yuki continues the reserved minimal atmosphere, coupled with a chunky bassline and delicate synth bells.

The lush Balearic house tune Komorebi rounds off the EP, concluding with subtle synthetic sounds that perfectly evoke the notion of 'sunshine filtering through leaves' ? the English translation of its Japanese namesake.
