Faze Action return with Zeke Manyika to present %u201CKubatana%u201D, which aptly means %u201CTogether%u201D in Zeke%u2019s native Shona. This second release, in a series of four 12%u201Ds, features live horns and flute with the lead track taking influences from the late 80s South African Proto House sound. The result being an uplifting slice of original African House for the modern dance floor.

%u201CHapana%u201D retains a strong Southern African vibe. Sung in Shona, this stunning and uplifting song still keeps an intimate feel, helped by South African gospel singer Sharon Manyika.

On the flip side, Rudy%u2019s Midnight Machine returns delivering a classic Afro, Boogie mix of the title track. Dropping the tempo, changing the bass line and adding 80s guitar licks, Rudy pushes the mix into the compass point all stars area whilst retaining the originals dance credentials.

With the Paradise Dub mix of %u201CKubatana%u201D, Faze Action strip back the track and feature their characteristic dubbing of the live brass and vocals to create a more dream like mix which still holds weight on the dance floor.
