NICK HOOK releases a compilation of his solo singles to mark 25 years since the launch of his first solo track - 'Credence' on Whoop! Records - back in the heady days of 1994.
The album features 25 tracks and includes Nick's solo work from the time he worked under the artist name Hook and was known as a pioneering young progressive house producer, to his recent house releases on his own label Jeepers! Music, as well as others.
Nick started DJing and producing in the early days of the house music revolution, collaborating with producers such as Morgan King as Soundsource, Steve Travell as Pleasure Box, Martin Sharp as First Life, Gordon Kaye as Subterfuge, and many more. He has released tracks on some of house music's seminal labels such as FFFRR, OM Records, React, Renaissance and Distinctive. Nick continues to DJ and produce, collaborating with top artists and releasing on some of the best current labels as well as Jeepers! Music.
This album - Nick Hook - Solo Singles - 25 Years (1994 - 2019) - shows a musical progression influenced by the UK house scene during a quarter of a century, and promises much more to come from an innovative house music artist.
