Alex Arcocha is a 44 years old producer from Hondarribia, Spain.
Alex starting producing music in the pre computer era with a full analog setup, ‘everything was harder and manual but so much fun!’.
Nowadays Alex combines analog with digital whilst maintaining that old school workflow which highly influences his compositions and sound, and we love it!

1983 - original version:
The original version of 1983 is a funky and catchy track inspired by Madonna's “Lucky star” and captures the essence of the early 80s sound; Metallic drums, funky bass-lines, mystical bells and -of course- lush Juno-like pads.

1983 – Blue Monday mix:
This version is aimed at the clubscene. The concept for the Blue Monday mix is based on New Order's iconic sound, moving away from the funk and more towards an electronic, darker sound with its typical arpeggios and pads.

1983 – Tony Disco Remix:
Mexican discobdisco-brothers Tony Disco are on the remix duties for this one and they delivers again, grabbing the real essence of the vintage disco sound.
1983 Tony Disco remix is of great quality and the right addition for this EP.

One song, three perspectives on 80s disco sound.
