Blue Amazon - And Then The Rainfalls - was a very influential track throughout the '90s that really took centre stage amongst the who's who of the electronic music domain.

It was played extensively in clubs, appeared on a lot of compilation albums, featured on the radio, gained national UK charting and also TV presence. It was very much a part of an evolution of British club music that was branded as progressive house but also really had a lot more variation.

Blue Amazon went on to release their debut album with Sony – The Javelin – an abundance of remixes for artist such as Sasha, Skunk Anansie, New Order, and Madonna, toured quite extensively and still continue with a dedicated music output.

These long-awaited remixes have been in the making for some time and finally ready to present to the title to the electronic music domain once again. There are five new mixes of this classic that really capture the essence of the tracks original intention with a modern twist.

We start with UK Based – Paul Sawyer who's currently hot on the radar with his insistent music productions on such as - Krafted Underground and others. Paul mix is a real driven affair that captures the intention of the original whilst providing edge, it's quite transient in places and really echoes the vocal theme well – It's a mix that's already hitting exclusive playlists and continues.

Switching over the USA – Mike Hiratzka interpretation takes on less of the vocals and focuses its intention toward electronic synthesis and exciting FX work. His mix is a lot more hypnotic and deeper in its architecture and one that will please the darker edged progressive fans in style.

Next, we have – KoZY from Italy who's known more his Harder edged Techno outputs, but is an artist who's very diverse in his musical abilities and production qualities. This mix has a real clubby edge to it with an almost 80's overtone that creates a very infectious feeling, its very arpeggiator driven and supported with a tecky pounding groove.

The final two mixes are from the very talented UK artist – Damien Spencer who's consistently developing in the progressive and melodic arena. Damien's Vocal mix is one that is already known from its limited prior output and it's already gained a lot of key support.

Damien really took the sound of the original to a dreamscape melodic area that is very enticing and warm.
Its up-tempo, cleverly tuned and unique sounding. The instrumental dub mix is something that was requested over a period of time and included for those who wanted it.
