D!Y aka Keegan McMullen, was born in South Africa and raised across multiple continents, always surrounded by many diverse and eclectic music scenes. D!Y's love for all things electronic has been inspired by the likes of Mr. Fingers, Carl Cox, Serge Devant and Maya Jane Coles, with the 25 year old's decision to move from the floor to the booth happening in 2012 after relocating to Los Angeles.

He's played various underground venues and festivals across California and down into Mexico. Alongside a plethora of big name talent. He also holds down a weekly residency at Tulum's number one underground music spot, KIKI,

"Cenote Groove" is his first release for Stripped Digital. We gave away the Original Mix as a free download via our soundcloud towards the end of 2018. And we picked three artists who jumped at the chance to remix the track. Weird Sounding Dude from Bangalore, India, Argentina's Ape Sapiens, both if these are no stranger to the Stripped family. The third remixer comes in for his debut. We welcome New Yorker Mir Omar to the label.
