The vocals offered from soul trio Dames Brown along with Sophie’s impeccable understanding of disco and house made for a shining record, a breath of fresh air in the world of dance music. The record’s timeless qualities inspired remixes from Danny Krivit and Floorplan and now David Penn takes his turn, turning the record into a certified club cut with a driving bassline, while maintaining the soul and spirit of the record that made it so special.
