Following on from smash releases on Toolroom and Stereo earlier this year, Rafa Barrios is enlisted by the Solardo lads for a punchy tech-house record in the form of the Fraiseman EP, out on 2nd November via Sola.

A two track belter, the Fraiseman EP boasts hypnotic sound constructions and rolling basslines. Lead track Broend, combines looped textures with a foreign vocal and 303 inspired pulses. Meanwhile, Flipflop picks up the pace slightly with wandering drums and peppy percussion.

One listen to this EP and its clear why the likes of Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire and Marco Carola continue to support Rafa Barrios work. Hailing from Spain, Rafa Barrios has built his name through deep, tech house cuts that have resonated globally with releases on the likes of Toolroom, Blackflag and Tronic whilst playing at a variety of festivals and events including Pacha, Elrow, Café Mambo at ADE, Igloofest and BPM Festival to name just a few. Continuing to rise above the ranks and cement himself amongst the underground heavyweights, the Fraiseman EP marks exciting times ahead for Rafa Barrios.
