2018 has been the year of the definitive comeback of industry veteran Francesco Pico. The re-launch of his Magnitude Recordings label with his own 'Taming Da Echoes EP' has caused quite a stir, and he also signed music to Balkan Connection, 90watts and of course this brand new two tracker you have in front of you, on Manual Music's MNL subsidiary.

We get things going with the title track 'Push It', a song with a lovely deep dreamy flow throughout. An immaculate production that melts together all the melodic elements seamlessly.

And then we've got the lovely titled 'No Midi In The Renaissance'. A proper late night dance floor slammer with it's nasty percussive arrangement and infectious arpeggiator roaring throughout.

This release is just some more proof that Francesco Pico hasn't lost his magical touch yet. We can only hope there will be much more of this where it came from!
