Adam Carling and Nick de Voost return to CZ with Kepler which marks their full debut after a remix on Waffensupermarkt - Iron Curtain from the start of 2018. This French DJing and music production duo are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to deep, melodic techno vibes. Over the last several years they have honed their skills under different monikers and have dabbled in various styles resulting in their tracks giving off a fusion sound.

The Original Mix sets a dark, atmospheric techno scene with deep rumbling subs and bass heavy kick drums. A rhythmic streak finds its way through shuffling percussions as discreet vocals are heard. The track builds and builds, becoming darker and more infectious thanks to intriguing synths. A monster for the late-night sessions for sure.

French brothers David and Nicolas Gaugain are the men behind G-Prod and, they return to us at CZ with a superb remix. This is the duo's third outing here and we're blown away each time. In 2010 they decided to start making music together and after several experiments they decided that electronic music was where their hearts lay. On the remix here, the guys opt for the in-your-face approach with tough beats and a bubbling bassline. Crispy hi hats cut through the low end as hypnotic synth sequences fade in. The break is a surreal affair as melodic pads stand in stark contrast to the raucous techno groove. A top notch cut not to be missed.

Portuguese DJ and producer Diogo Tavares aka Protyv remains a stalwart at CZ and we're delighted to have him on the remix roster here. This one follows his last effort ' Thriller, from early 2018. Over the years he taught himself basic notes and in 2004 he discovered electronic music and in 2015 he was mainly putting out techno. The remix here opens with sharp stabs and rich strings followed by very cool vocals. A single kick drum teases before a solid 4x4 flow starts, forcing us into the groove. Exotic riffs litter the sound as that vocal captivates, grabbing attention. A superbly crafted, deep techno joint that will not disappoint.

The Tension Mix from Adam and Nick is a powerplay on percussions that will drive the groove on any floor. The intro builds with sporadic drums before a full-on 4x4 beat starts to rock. A dark sub level bass rules the low end while techno flavoured synths etch out their niche. The vocal works well here, creating an alluring narrative and making this a must for any deep set.

Guido Braun a.k.a. Waffensupermarkt (or WSM) returns to CZ with an impressive remix which follows several other releases on CZ. Guido mostly produces electronic music, he has seen releases on a plethora of labels over the years and his experience is manifested in solid, quality constructions. WSM delivers a solid joint with a very subtle retro theme. Nice, thumping kick drums and rhythmic hats lead the way as a rolling bassline carries the groove deeper. Soft chords fade in and out alongside distant vox, adding a mysterious vibe. The drums are prominent throughout which makes this one a must have weapon of choice in your arsenal.
