It all started at a little dive bar where his biggest dream was to become a bartender. But instead he found himself digging the music the local DJ was spinning. He started DJing, spinning his fathers old disco, funk jazz records and then fell in love with deep house from artists including Charles Webster, Kerri Chandler and DJ Spinna. His first residency was at the Dive and he went on to DJ alongside Trentemøller, Morten Trust, Mr. Gone and lately Santos, Edu Imbernon, Jay Lumen & Basement Jaxx.
After only a few years in the business, Danish Chris Minus has created a sound that has made him, his tracks as well as his energetic DJ sets well known in his country. With a few well received releases under his bel the finally hooked up with Danish top producer and label-boss Noir.
The future looks bright for young house-talent Chris Minus, and no doubt we will see more of him in the future.
