ØSCILLATE Records' twelfth release is a three track package from Company Is Family with remixes from Leftback's Dudley Strangeways and Askani, ranging from minimal to industrial techno.
The original of 'Dali In My Mind' finds itself sitting between the realms of minimal and industrial techno. Layered with pads, drums and a frenzy of swirling vocals that are held together by the tight arrangements of Company Is Family give this one an atmosphere that'll send dance floors into chaos. A blinding track that has all the attributes to be a future ØSCILLATE classic.
On the remix is Dudley Strangeways, who stamps his trademark minimal techno sound on the release with style. A rolling minimal cut with plenty of sub; this one rides with crisp highs and smooth transitions throughout. Subtle hints to the original are kept intact in this fine rework. Askani's remix takes the track and remoulds it into a peak-time industrial banger. Hard on the percussion, intense builds and distorted bassline, we can see this remix doing some damage. A quality interpretation adding serious depth to a release that's bound to impress on all fronts.
