It is the year 1982. John & Steffen - today better known as Hard Drive Library – are living on Commodore Island, always thinking something is wrong with the music there. As usual, they are at the local flamenco party drinking bottles of Ruinart Rosé to quickly get their extremities ready for the dance floor. The dudes hit it hard and not without gaining the attention of Alex Mallios, who is on his yearly Commodore vacation. Impressed by their ability to misinterpret flamenco in a way he never witnessed before, he asks them to join a four to the floor house super group to stop all the odd 12 beat dancing moves. After weeks of digging in their vinyl collections, the three guys found the so called millennium sample and finished the track “Don't Leave Me (Until The Flamenco Stops)" even before Alex had to leave the island back to Munich. Believe it or not, but the master tape got lost when they tried to ship it to France. Now, 36 years later it was found in a coconut from overseas and was returned to its owners ready to be released. Still hot and groovy with a flavour of vacation and champagne! Ladies, Lizards and Gentlemen, this is the story of DLMUTFS. House Music from Munich with love*
