Konda is a label created by several artists from Portugal, including prominent names such as Afrokillerz, Studio Bros, Lilocox, Magic Beatz, Jojo T and Zakente.

This initiative was born from the need to boost the growth of Afro House in Portugal and to establish a solid culture within this vibrant and expanding community in the country.

The creation of Konda was motivated by the desire to give visibility and structure to the Afro House movement in Portugal, offering a space for artistic expression and for the development of emerging talents. The name Konda, which means "shine" or "light up" in Kimbundu, symbolizes the power and creative energy that Portuguese artists want to share with the world. The label aims not only to consolidate the Afro House scene in Portugal, but also to take this authentic and powerful musical identity beyond the borders, showing the world the brilliance that exists in the fusion of Lusophone cultural influences with Afro rhythms.
