PAUL SOLARIS

Paul M.T. Talana is a South African electronic music producer/arranger/composer/sound designer/engineer and dj. He is known for his work under the monikers Paul Solaris , Amun Raah, Velvet Suite Lounge and SugaRman Paul.He also worked with labels such as Ospinna Digital, DeepTree Recordings, Elektrik Dreams, Sophisticado Recordings, Ohyeah Music and has worked with the likes of Kaygee Pitsong, Chris Brann, Giolo, Miguel Scott, Scotch Flavio, Reel Gruv, Samuri and Rocio Starry. He is the founder of Headroom Entertainment (2009) and co-founder of Bodikela Recordings (2014) with La Santa Negra Art Agency (Germany). Paul Solaris also has two albums released under his name, Headroom Originals (2011) and Velvet Suite Lounge’s studio album Human Nature (2013). His compositions range from Nujazz, Lounge, Electronica, Deep House, Deep Tech, Afro House and World Music. Paul Solaris also hosts Ekcentrik on Drums Radio and co-hosts Bodikela Lounge on Planet Radio (Germany) alongside Divided Souls & Samuri of La Santa Negra.Through Bodikela Recordings Paul has worked with labels such as Sheer, Kontor, Defected, Milk & Sugar, Deepalma and House Afrika Records.
