SUDDEN MOVES

Sudden Moves is the musical project of Dutch DJ / producer Tom Wanders. Under this moniker, he expresses his longtime love of house music, ranging from the jackin' sounds from Chicago to the funky filtered house sounds from Paris.

Starting as a part of former duo T.U.R.F. in 2017, Tom carved his name in the scene with several chart-busting tracks on labels like Robsoul, Exploited, Nervous, Too Many Rules, and Tensnake's True Romance. Over the years, his music has been supported and played by some of the most influential artists, including Disclosure, A-Trak, Derrick Carter, Mark Farina, Jamie Jones, and many others.

Starting as Sudden Moves in 2023, Tom continues to craft his signature style, which always adds a unique touch to the late 90s and early 00s sounds he grew up with. As a DJ, he throws down infectious house grooves from the massive archive he built digging for over twenty years. Don't sleep on this!
