ALDRAG

Born in November 1978, Aldrag (Alberto Drago) began his passion for music, living in the beautiful landscape of the Sicilian island and in the disco music scenarios of those years.

In 1994 he followed the London and American underground-house scene and this has fueled his passion, evolution and experience over the years.

He started making Gigs around Sicilian clubs and participating in various radio programs: this has helped him to acquire a vast knowledge of music over time.

In 1999 he graduated in 'sound engineering' from the N.A.M.M. & SAE Institute (Milan-Italy) and it was that experience that helped to grow his knowledge of electronic music production and deepen his fascination with creating sounds with machines.

In 2010 he released his first productions in pure funky-disco style for American labels, including:

Nervous NYC, IRMA, Selekted Music, Semplice Records and Many Others,. His style was a mix of energetic grooves where old school met new trends to turn into a very cool tech, underground and deep house result. In 2010 he obtained excellent results and collaborations by printing on over 120 record labels and very positive feedback during the Gigs @ WMC Miami 2011 & 2012, ADE Amsterdam, Sonar Barcelona.

His new Alias ​​project ALDRAG is now oriented in order to range on electronic music, embracing the Deep, Techno Progressive, Ambient sounds.

A dictated need, which gives space to full personal creative freedom and in order to create a new catalog on the online but also artistic.

The new ALDRAG projects start in 2022.
