JESSI KAY

A metro Detroit native, Jessi Kay was introduced to house music at a very young age by her mother. As early as ten years old, Jessi would count down to the weekend so she could stay up all night recording radio mix shows on cassette tapes. While her friends were admiring pop stars and actresses, she had a deep-rooted adoration for DJ’s and EDM producers. Jessi started mixing as a way to throw herself into the music and to connect with others who had an appreciation for it as well. Her passion for house music is one of her most defining characteristics to everyone who knows her. She’s held residencies and played many shows in and around Detroit and Chicago. Currently she is a featured DJ on RadioFG/Maxximum Radio in Paris, and WTPR Radio in Detroit. She hopes to continue growing as a DJ/Producer and sharing her favorite music with the world.
