CADISCO

Cadisco, also known as Sharpie Dance and Jazzy Alvarez, is a DJ and producer who began his journey in music at a young age, mixing at house parties and community radio, driven by the energy of electronic music. Since 2011, he has developed his project professionally, specializing in sampling and microsampling, crafting a sound that blends Euro House, Disco, Funk and Jazz with influences drawn from the golden eras of the 1950s through the 1980s.

Inspired by artists such as Olav Basoski, Antoine Clamaran, and Fatboy Slim, his style stands out for its dancefloor grooves and a retro aesthetic reimagined through a modern lens. A key milestone in his career was his appearance at Mysteryland Chile, where he delivered a high-energy set that marked a turning point in his artistic trajectory and helped solidify his presence on larger stages. His first release came in 2014 on 4Disco Records, marking the beginning of a steady stream of international label releases and earning recognition on platforms such as Traxsource and another download site.

Currently, he continues to work on new releases and collaborations, strengthening a sonic identity defined by rhythm, nostalgia, and dancefloor energy.
