Liverpool-born Terry Usher makes music that favours substance over spectacle: No gimmicks. His sound moves between Jackin' House, Garage and Breakbeat rhythms — always rooted in feel and authenticity. Influenced by House legends like Frankie Knuckles and Kerri Chandler, the raw energy of UK hardcore pioneers like Manix and The House Crew along with the African rhythms of Fela Kuti and the like, his music reflects a deep respect for the foundations and history of the world's sounds — with a nod to both the soulful and the rave. He puts music before clicks, and the social media circus holds little appeal: "Clownery for clicks? Never. Let the music do the talking, nobody likes a door salesman. And if it's not music first, then the feeling is last".
