DJ KATO

Kasen, who goes by DJ Kato, got his start in grammar school, learning how to sing and
read music at a young age. At the age of 17, he began making beats and at 18 began djing. Kasen is a Chicago based producer and artist whose style is smooth with a laid back and driving groove. He has been producing Hip Hop and R&B for two years. His influences include legendary artists and producers such as Kanye West, Quincy Jones, and Mike WiLL Made-It.

He has been working diligently on several projects including EP “Signed, Sensei.” This project showcases Kato’s talent in the studio, both in the booth and behind the board. He is now branching into the house music scene and has now joined up with the Master C & J team.
