MIKMOOG

Michele Sciacovelli, aka MIKMOOG producer and beatmaker, was born in 1983 and from an early age a passion for music grew in him that led him to put his first records at the age of 18 in a well-known club Barese called Torquemada.
At the time my stage name was MIKYPERCENTO, also as an organizer of parties, parties and music festivals which has become my definitive job. Then after a few years I STARTED to love electronic music and the first parties were born, among the many memories: THE morning is a AFTER that started every Sunday at 5 in the morning, in a place called KYB on the Bari seafront, or I remember the superstone or former free-thinker, it was there that LA FABBRICA DEL BEAT was born (staff who toured all the premises of the Puglia including the well-known SYLVER SYSTEM, BYLLA BONG, HYPER, TORRE REGINA GIOVANNA, MANDARINO and many others).
Then over the years I decided to create a new character darker than the old miky% and I gave life to the MIKMOOG project which was born at the same time with a staff created by 5 friends of mine, called BASS ATTACK, a project very followed for several years.
Electronic music was made with "balls" rough sounds and pounding speakers with trance melodies and techo/tekno beat, passing from big beat and Drum end Bass ... still today I define my music as powerful, but at the same time it contains my to be ... a lover of old school sounds and a lover of Italian electronics from the 70s and 80s ... MY MOTTO is: YOU NEED TO KNOW THE HISTORY OF MUSIC TO BE ABLE TO LIVE AND PRODUCE IT.
