ENZODASOUL

Enziwe Gamedze popularly known as Enzodasoul is an Afro house/ Afro tech DJ and producer who started his disk jockey career late 2016. Born and bred in the kingdom of Eswatini, Ngwane Park. Like most DJ’s he started out using the virtual DJ software and later advanced to using CDJ’s early 2018. The year 2018 proved to be a memorable year as the aficionado landed his first residency on Johannesburg based radio station known as: Resurrected Youth Radio. His first debut entitled “Illusions” featuring Njabulo Msibi was dropped under Khuluma entertainment and received great feedback from the likes of Mr Afro Deep.

In 2019 the star joined Soul Candi Institute of Music, where he discovered his sound; of Raw drums, slided base lines and chanty vocals. This discovery landed him his first international gig at Le Melon pub and grill, where he played alongside the likes of Cuebur and Karyendasoul. His most productive year 2020, saw the DJ releasing songs like “Take Me to Caroline”, Ukuu ft. Brothers on Cue as well as remixes like Vanco ft. Mavhungu- Khondelelani. He released his first big release “Azalea” ft. Rocksonic Da Fuba which dropped under Da Fuba Records. The young DJ was also featured on Ikwekwezi FM for a week’s residency.

His resilience and passion in 2021 saw him release a single entitled “Ngifuna Wena” ft. Reelow Mash. The single was featured on 3 Traxsource charts. He later released another single entitled Nakuru ft. Vintage Deep; this single best describes the DJ’s sound. It was received exceptionally well by the international community, charted by the likes of Hanna Heise and played by Thandi Draai on Kunye records. We end the year off on a positive note as the DJ sees his hard work pay off with 2 running projects namely Nature Fugitives Records as well as The Natura Experience.
