DJ LUGO ROSADO
This Puerto Rican, born and raised in Humboldt Park/Logan Square, Chicago is considered one of the early Latino DJ pioneers of Chicago House Music and Latin House. The DJ talents of Lugo was showcased at the early age of 11 years old.
Lugo Rosado was put to the test by Jessie Jones of Loop Records where he became part of the production team behind Chicago’s original House Music Diva, Liz Torres & Master C & J. DJ Lugo’s production can also be found on his first work with his friend Jessie Velez(RIP), "Girls Out On The Floor,” State Street Records and Jive Records.
The unsung hero has now returned with Jessie Jones to bring back that Master C & J sound that youtubers, DJs, dancers and fans have respected throughout the years. We begin again with the start of a new record label, 51st Street Music Chicago in 2019.
