DJMreja & Neuvikal Soule aspire towards greater heights with
their distinctive Afro House/ Afro Soul Sounds which has quickly
grown into the International Afro House Scene, with their releases making it through a number of charts their sound is definitely escalating to greater levels.
The pair met back in 2011 through a mutual friend, even though they attended the same high school they only got to know each other at a later stage and since then their relationship has grown into a stronger bond of brotherhood and business partners.
Through their passion of music given the fact that they had no music background they have grown to being one the highly anticipated self-taught music producers throughout the years they have gained great knowledge, skill and experience within the high ends of music production.
In 2016 both artists decided on embarking on a life changing journey in which was the beginning of many more hurdles for them to set the bar of achievement on, They partnered up and open their own independent record label called Odyssey Sounds in which led to them officially being a duo of producers & deejays, with the aim of creating a better platform for their works. The aim and vision brought forth with the label is to provide both artists with a platform to cater for their music on all spheres of growth brought forth with being an independent artist in giving their music a main focus in the main stream of being exposed in the sense of awareness in the growth of their music and depth of their career as a whole.The intended aim with the label was for it not to being a commercial label but a highly conservative label at the forefront of the music scene on an international and local level through its dynamic approach of music.
2017 has set alight a new dynamic set of underground producers who have surely introduced a newly vibrant afro house sound which is slowly growing into a greater depth abroad. With the sound on a viral point on both the international and locally dance scene, DJMreja & Neuvikal Soule have created a sense of recognition with their Afro House Sounds throughout countries like Angola, Greece, United, Portugal and certain parts of America including Miami.
2017 took off with a greater anticipation with the new formation by both artists in which has led to both artist officially becoming a duo as the variations of their works has greatly peaked beyond their expected measure. This new formation comes as no surprise as they have been working together through the past few years but have recently worked together even more consistently through the mid-year of 2016. Their first and official EP for 2017 was titled “Aftermyth” https://www.traxsource.com/title/770988/aftermyth-ep which was released under Seres Producoes (Angola), in which had a great and positive response to the direction both artist had taken in their introduction of sound appealing to both their personal approach and style of sound as it consisted of a track by both artist and 2 more by each one of them. With one of the compositions in the EP slowing becoming a favorite to a whole lot of music lovers it was no surprise that it had been charted by a number of artists on most traxsource charts.
With their sound slowly growing into the dynamic scene Neuvikal Soule shortly released a song with one the international prominent afro house labels “Open Bar Music” based in New York City, The song introduced a heavy Afro Tech sound with a space and Afro tribe warm texture which greatly influenced more released which shortly followed https://www.traxsource.com/title/780115/la-vache .
The release was shortly followed by one of his compositions “The Brightness” being featured under UK’s own underground Afro House Label “Aluku Records” in their “Various Artists Compilation Vol.4” https://www.traxsource.com/track/4401763/the-brightness-main-horizon-on-mars-mix with the composition being one of the anticipated titles on the package it came as no surprise with it being used as the promo song with the video clip that was
