E-KAY

E-KAY is a London-based Moroccan dj/producer. Co-founder of the Art House Project collective. His exposure to House music begun in the 90s through pirate radio and underground rave parties.
E-KAY’S djing adventure begun when he picked up a pair of second hand turntables and started teaching himself to mix.
A few years later and together with a group of friends he formed the Deep Jam Collective and started having his first gigs in bars and small clubs in London.
Soon after, he joined the London based radio station S-dance, followed by a few other stations, this allowed him to hone his skills and develop his style.
As he progressed further in his career, the move to production came naturally. He had his first single ‘Roots’ out in 2015 followed by other releases on different labels.
More recently and together with street artist Apparan, he formed the Art House Project Collective which specialises in street art and House music events. They managed to group an impressive bunch of creative artists and djs and put together a series of events mostly in vibrant parts of East London such as Dalston , Shoreditch and Hackney Wick.
