Cherokee (Australian DJ from Melbourne) resides in Belgium since June 2020 and has been spinning house music for nearly 2 decades. Cherokee is an established DJ and well-known in the underground house music scene mixing a musical blend of deep jazz soulful dance and classic house sounds.

Cherokee is a female pioneer of the Australian dance music scene who helped paved the way for women DJs. She performs globally in cosmopolitan hubs in Europe, Asia and USA. Additional to DJ-ing she's a professional radio host, music curator, professional audio consultant and live DJ streamer.

Cherokee's music industry experience is wide and she's recognised through her work at companies, Yamaha Music Australia, Soundcorp Australia, Street FM Australia, Kiss FM Australia and Musicstyling Europe & UK. She started her radio profession in 2003 on Melbourne's Street FM and in 2006 started with Melbourne's Kiss FM presenting her own show Cherry Global Radio weekly and continued for 10 years, as well as internationally broadcasting it on radio stations in Hong Kong and Los Angeles.

Cherokee is continually supported by house industry's top DJs such as; Todd Terry, Oscar P, Hector Romero, Louie Vega, Richard Earnshaw, Todd G, Joey Negro to name a few.
