Steve Mac is best known as being one half of the Rhythm Masters and his three decks and FX antics in the DJ booth. Steve is now carving his own musical identity and has recently built a new recording studio and launched a new record label, Variation Recordings with MYNC Projects Nick Corelli.

Steve's talents do not end there as he has also produced tracks with Yousef and Mutiny as well as remixing tracks for the likes of the Audio Bulleys to name but a few.

'Da Canto is Steve's long awaited solo which will be the first in 2 years since his 'Visions of Tech EP' on Underwater. 'Da Canto' has a Latin flavour and is guaranteed to get your toes tapping, that includes a tougher dub and has Mutiny on remix duty.

Says Steve: 'I tend to mess around with Latin music quite a lot, as I have a lot of old Latin records. I love it, it's a big part of feel good house music and I love listening to lots of old records and all different kinds of music'.
