Hailing from its mothership label Circus Recordings, Yousef resurfaces his supplementary outlet Carioca Records with a much more musical approach. Unlike Circus, Carioca is designed to be less of a reflection of Yousefs DJ sets, but rather opening up a wider musical latitude, offering an opportunity to release more hypnotic house and techno, not always aimed the DJ’s, but instead the music enthusiast.
Ukrainian electronic duo The Dark Wood was formed in 2014 and in that short time received strong support from artists like Dixon, Tale of Us and others. With their unique sound The Dark Wood skillfully mix the sound of classic 90’s IDM like The Orb, Aphex Twin and Boards of Canada with current music trends.

We decided to bring an ancient Greek myth about Argonauts in our time. This is the story of Orpheus in his quest for the Golden Fleece. He has to overcome a dark side of his nature and not stray from the path.

The forces of the cosmos surely affect each of us. The full moon was in the night sky when we were creating this song, and it has undoubtedly influenced its mysterious atmosphere.
Stardust
We have always wanted to bring the atmosphere of the '90s IDM records back to the dance floors.
Despite the accent on the melody, Stardust is not just for your brain, but also for your feet.
