Reload Black is very happy to welcome to its board the amazingly talented Rick Dyno, marking his Reload debut with his brand new four-tracker, titled “Something”!

Starting off with the title-track we are introduced to a steamrolling groove with tons of percussion-based action and beautifully laced with sneaky shakers and hats. “Better” takes over from there with pulsating bass and streamlined synths, putting together a tense atmosphere which in return gets balanced by adding otherworldly pads and phrases made of vocal edits. ”Rebound” continues in the same vein, where some very tasty dark stabs come in to play, alongside gurgling fx and busy snares. “The Platinum Rule” picks up from there and seals the EP with classic chords that mutate over time together with more sonic manipulation, which ultimately serves as an exhibition of effortless mastery.
