An artist with a long-established record in the dance music industry, Wellsince is the brand new production soubriquet of the respected producer. As he debuts this new name to the music industry, Majestic Family is proud to present the ''Enticements Anthem EP''.
Fully versed in the tech and deep/tech house genres, he has worked alongside a variety of highly-regarded imprints. He Currently has over a century of production credits to his name. Furthermore, playing from 1998, including events on the big stage with massive names in the industry - such as Markus Schulz or Olivier Giacomotto and more than ten thousand peoples on the global dancefloor, his stock has continued to rise in the underground fraternity.
Now debuting a brand new production moniker on Majestic Family, Wellsince strikes an impressive chord with the ''Enticements Anthem EP''. Through the use of outboard synths and analogue equipment, the Wellsince production path is not concerned with mass market loops and 'in the box' sound design that can often lead to a manufactured sound, lacking in originality and authenticity. Crafted using, ''only true synths and true emotions'', Wellsince charts a different path.
The title track itself is a deliciously crafted work, with driving beat and house rhythm, coupled with hypnotically charged arpeggio lines and running bass line. A vocal phrasing runs through proceedings adding a further layer of emotion as it sits delicately across rhythm and melody in harmonious fashion, before a searing lead line makes its presence felt in the third movement. The resultant effect is to produce a strong club floor-filler.
''Midnight Tale'' follows a somewhat deeper path. A deep kick and strong rhythm are complemented by ticking hi-hats that add urgency, while a bass riff provides strong low end delight. A plucked rhythmic riff is intelligently placed reaching its zenith at the mid-point breakdown and a pitched down vocal provides a touch of deep house character in a work that is a strong and mature offering.
Final track, ''Lovecraft'' is wonderfully undulating affair that utilises a lilting and loquacious vocal sample from H.P. Lovecraft's ''The Terrible Old Man''. With a tone reminiscent of Rickie Lee Jones' voice in The Orb's era-defining, ''Little Fluffy Clouds'', an easy percussive groove makes its present felt at the outset as an emotive bass line works in astute harmony with the delicate, delay-laden vocal sample. Building momentum with consummate ease, a rhythmic chord sequence works in tandem with drum components and a counterpoint lead riff provides ingenuity. Drawing to a dramatic conclusion in the third movement, ''Lovecraft'' is full of spin-tingling emotion that is sure to find its mark on club floors across the globe.
