Mr.G adds the 52nd installment to his Phoenix G saga. The opening track of the ''Infrastructure EP'' is the hazy ''Guinness Punch (Xtra Wray Dub)'' a cloudy house jam that uses chords that swing throughout and perfectly work with the drum sequences and returning vocal hits. The B side offers us ''Give Thanx!'' which is a pure house cut that takes one back to the essential days of american house. Swell basses dominate this cut and are accompanied by a very present vocal chant that serves as the body of this cut. The B2 track is called ''Invert?''. On this track the G man threads into techno'ish waters while maintaining his signature G sound. Again a top notch vocal is being offered to the listener which creates a somewhat melancholic mood.
