The name DJ S.K.T is exploding across the UK dance scene. His garage-influenced bass house anthem, ‘Take Me Away’ featuring Rae, has become one of the biggest standout tracks of the year. Before its release ‘Take Me Away’ had already received massive support from Radio 1 DJs such as Annie Mac and Pete Tong. Upon its release the track quickly landed a spot in the UK Top 20 charts and received a slew of remixes including cuts from Franky Rizardo and Andy C. Following the crossover success of ‘Take Me Away’, DJ S.K.T releases ‘Dirty’ EP on Defected Records. The track titled ‘Dirty’ is a catchy dancefloor record driven by a provocative bassline and alluring female vocal. While a prominent bass sound is still evident in ‘Big Bad Boy’ it doesn’t dominate: its eerie vibe maintains a groove perfect for the dancefloor but the track plays out as more experimental in comparison to past productions from DJ S.K.T.
