Originally established in 1999, Liquid Phonk, the German duo of musician Patrick Lesser and DJ Mirko Koenig, found early success with releases on Patrick Lindsey's SCHOOL Records. After putting the project on hold for a few years, Liquid Phonk returned in 2013 with music for Compost and Lifted Digital and now join Lost My Dog with their Stomp Your Love EP.



The three tracks on the EP all bring a shuffling underground quality with a smattering of vocals in the title track. Pete Dafeet provides a remix which, as the 'Deep Rhythms' title suggests, sees him getting deep into a groove along with some touches of tribal percussion.
