Where Brooklyn At?

AS I AM

AS I AM returns to Arch44 Music, after a huge Remix for Jesse James earlier this year and the unprecedented success of Saving Grace (Up-Tempo Records), which has seen BBC Radio 1 airplay from DJ Target and Kiss FM airplay from DJ EZ and Ray Foxx.

Where Brooklyn At? is a big, fat mainstream Houser which is destined for the dance floor; with a massive bass-lead groove, catchy vocal stabs and a Ten Walls-esque synth line in the breakdown. Without a doubt, this will become a peak-time staple for many.

First up on remix duties, US-based Paul Najera & Jr. Quijada, with a dirty and dubby rework. 808 beats tuck in nicely behind a chunky bassline which leads the charge. Sultry Rhodes layer the melody, but without heading too deep, this mix offers a peak-time alternative and no less.

The highly anticipated first remix from the Anx & Iety camp does NOT disappoint! With the bar set high from their smash hit Yeah Yeah, we expected big things and that is exactly what this London-based duo deliver. They may have gone looking for Brooklyn, but sure found inner city Detroit right here.
