Traxsource presents Soul Candi Records' AndyBoi 'How Do I' Remix Competition:

The participating label for the contest is Soul Candi Records. All entries must be uploaded and successfully submitted between: 7/28/14 - 8/11/14 to: www.soulcandi.co.za/demos (Once there, You must create a Soul Candi account, then upload your remix.)

If you want to buy the extra original instrumental parts, they are offered for .99 each on this release page.
Please Note: Remixes created using illegally obtained stems will be disqualified.

2. Rock a remix that represents you and your sound.

3. Submit your remix to SOUL CANDI no later than 8/11/2014, go to:

a.) Please go to www.soulcandi.co.za/demos
b.) Create a Soul Candi account.
c.) Upload your remix.

4. PLEASE NOTE: Traxsource will not accept any Submissions.

5. You must submit your release no later than 8/11/2014.

6. Remixes using un-cleared samples will be disqualified. However, you may use Royalty Free Sample pack sounds and original Stems (as long as you BUY them).

7. Remix contest is open to any registered Traxsource.com account holder.

8. All remixes submitted in the Remix Competition become the legal property of Soul Candi Records. This is for protection against the release of unauthorized remixes. Upon request, you will supply Soul Candi Records a 44.100 khz, WAV quality master file.

9. All trademarks and logos are protected. All rights of the producer and the owner of the recorded work are reserved. Unauthorized copying, hiring, renting, public performance and broadcasting of this record, remix or remix parts is prohibited.

10. Neither Traxsource.com nor Soul Candi Records nor any other related entity shall have any responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or upset caused to or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or winning the prize. Additionally all mentioned entities accept no liability for any damage caused to any person%u2019s computer or other electronic device relating to or resulting from downloading any materials, including so called computer viruses, in connection with this competition. Nothing shall exclude us from our liability for death or personal injury as a result of our negligence.

11. Your submission of a remix in this contest constitutes your agreement to these rules.

12. This Competition is powered by Traxsource Inc. of Fort Lauderdale, Florida U.S.A.. The laws of the State of Florida shall govern this Contest and prize winner(s) agree that any claims against Traxsource Inc or its Sponsors must be filed in the state of Florida, U.S.A..

AUG 11th - LAST DAY TO SUBMIT YOUR REMIX

AUG 18TH - WINNERS ANNOUNCED

SEPT 1ST - OFFICIAL TRAXSOURCE EXCLUSIVE RELEASE

PRIZES: Prize list can found on official remix contest announcement on news.traxsource.com (Although unlikely, prizes are subject to change.)

All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value or approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability.
